TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – GLAMISSA
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern all sales made on the website Glamissa.com between:

And any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website Glamissa.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website Glamissa.com, subject to availability.
Each product is presented with a detailed description. Product images are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the delivered product.
Glamissa reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.
Glamissa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are specified to the Customer before order validation.
Article 4 – Orders
Any order placed on Glamissa.com implies full acceptance of these Terms.
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms prior to placing the order.
Glamissa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Orders are payable using the secure payment methods available on the website.
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.
Glamissa uses secure payment systems to ensure the confidentiality of banking information (including services provided via Shopify Inc.).
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.
Glamissa shall not be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or exceptional circumstances.
In the event of a lost package, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws, the Customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the Customer must contact customer service at:

The product must be returned:
- In its original condition
- Unused
- In its original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
Any defective or non-compliant product may be subject to an exchange or refund.
The Customer must contact customer service with photos of the product to facilitate processing.
After validation, Glamissa will proceed with either:
- A refund
or - A replacement shipment
Article 9 – Liability
Glamissa shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products.
Glamissa’s liability shall not be engaged in cases of force majeure.
Article 10 – Personal Data
Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of processing orders.
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the website Glamissa.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Glamissa.
Any reproduction, exploitation, or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 12 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought prior to any legal action.
Failing this, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Glamissa’s registered office.
